PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the checking or replacement of a component by partially disassembling a place necessary for maintenance management. SOLUTION: In this opening/closing device, a panel body 7 at the lowermost end of a shutter curtain 5, wherein a plurality of panel bodies 6 are coupled together, is equipped with a detachable roller receiving member 27 for holding a roller 16 attached to the panel body 7 and a frame body 31 elongated in the width direction of the panel body 7, and a detachable hook-shaped member 25 for coupling the panel body 7 and a wire 35 together. Constitutionally, the rollers 16 at both side edges of the shutter curtain 5 are rotatively moved along guide rails 4, which are provided on both sides of an opening 10 of a skeleton in an opposed manner, by the action of a wire 35, and the shutter curtain 5 is moved between an opening position 2 of the opening 10 and a closing position 3 thereof.
