PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transport articles in a stable and continuous manner without using a tool such as a basket or a rack for exclusive use even if the articles have various shapes. SOLUTION: An automatic transport device for articles transports articles automatically, and has at least a transport belt mechanism for placing the articles, and an upper net mechanism for pressing the articles placed on the belt mechanism from above and transporting them in synchronization with the transport speed of the belt mechanism.
