PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the void defect of a resin molded product simply and properly. SOLUTION: The mass "M" of the resin molded product or the average density "D" thereof is calculated on a computer on the basis of a void defect estimating software 4 and compared, for example, with a threshold value to estimate the void defect of the resin molded product. By this constitution, the actual molding of the resin molded product can be made unnecessary and the time or cost required in the actual molding of the resin molded product can be reduced.
