A control device for adjusting energy flow in a fuel cell system (1) is created by an adjusting device (2) that alters a fuel cell's (3) operating parameters so as to vary the fuel cell's power output like the fuel cell's electrical voltage (RIBZ) and/or its electrical internal resistance (UOBZ). An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling energy flow in a fuel cell system.
