<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roll superior in resistance to oscillation and capable silencing electrifying noise or the like generated during the electrification of a photoreceptor drum quiet. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft body 1, conductive foam elastic layer (sponge layer) 2 formed on its outer periphery, a rubber layer (resistance adjusting layer) 3 formed on the outer periphery of the conductive foam elastic layer 2 and a dielectric protective layer 4 formed on the outer periphery of the rubber layer 3 are provided in the conductive roll. The specific gravity of the rubber layer 3 is set within a range of 1.45 to 1.70 by the use of inorganic filler and the thickness of its layer is set within a range of 200 to 800μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
