<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve safe and effective medicine use while reducing a user's labor by enabling the user such as a pharmacist to reliably observe emergency information asking a quick response when providing a related medicine in an electronic medication history management system. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic medication history management system comprises a user terminal 20 having a personal information storage part 22c, a medicine information storage part 22b, a controller 21 and the like, an Internet circuit 100, and a management center 3 for adding/updating medicine information to/in the user terminal 20; and checks prescription information input for every prescription to display the result. Out of the added/updated medicine information, emergency information asking a quick response in relation to prescription contents is added/updated when necessary by the management center 3 separately from the periodic medicine information addition/update, and if there is emergency information related to prescription information, the controller 21 retrieves it by a given method to display the presence of the emergency information on a display 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
