PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-adhere syndiotactic polystyrene oriented film which excels in the adhesion of the film and an adhesion modifying layer, improves the adhesion in the case when an ink layer or a laminate layer is stacked and enables improvement of economic efficiency, recyclability and environmental adaptability on the occasion of manufacture. SOLUTION: This oriented film is constituted by a method wherein the adhesion modifying layer of a copolymer resin consisting of an isobutylene unit, a maleic acid unit and an n-butyl acrylate unit is stacked on at least one side of the oriented film constituted of a styrene polymer having a syndiotactic structure. In this film, the adhesive modified layer, in particular, is formed preferably by a method wherein after an unoriented or uniaxially oriented film is coated with a water dispersion of the copolymer resin, the film is oriented uniaxially or biaxially at one time or more and then subjected to heat treatment.
