SPINAL ACCESS INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a surgical instrument for accessing to a first and second pedicle locations vertebral arch of a spinal column area. SOLUTION: This surgical instrument includes a blade member 20 slidably positionable along a first and second wires 14, 16. The surgical instrument includes a portal member 18 having an overlap structure of members and an elongated aperture to access the first and second pedicle locations.
