PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the automatic guidance device of an autonomous traveling vehicle capable of making a vehicle body accurately perform its autonomous traveling along a guide line even when a floor surface is bumpy, and the vehicle body is inclined in a vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: This vehicle body 3 is provided with an inclination detecting means 9 for detecting the inclination in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle body, and the detection values of magnetic detecting means 2R and 2L are corrected into a virtual horizontal condition by an inclination correcting means 10 on the basis of the inclination signal of the inclination detecting means 9, and the displacement amount of the vehicle body 3 to a guide line 11 is calculated by a steering controller 4 on the basis of the corrected values.
