PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid separating apparatus wherein a condition of that blood preserving liquid and a red corpuscle layer are accommodated in a parental bag and blood preserving liquid and a blood plasma layer are accommodated in a filial bag is realized automatically without manpower. SOLUTION: The liquid separating apparatus is constituted removably with the flexible parent bag 2a in which crude blood separated beforehand in each layer of the blood plasma layer C, a buffy coat layer D and the red corpuscle layer E is accommodated and the filial bags 2c, 2b and 2d connected with tubes 11, 15a, 15b and 14, wherein two or more tube clampers 36, 37, 38 and 39, a first airtight case 3 in which a compression and decompression member to perform a changeover between a compressed condition and a decompressed condition of the inside is disposed, a second airtight case 70 in which a compression and decompression member to perform a changeover between a compressed condition and a decompressed condition of the inside is disposed, and a controlling device to control the changeover to each condition are equipped.
