A horse blanket has a structure which transmit sweat from the animal to be evaporated from the outer surface in order to dry the horse without chilling. The invention describes an improvement comprising a mesh embodied into the fabric made of a non heat retaining, tough material which prevents the horse from chewing holes into the blanket and which prevents the blanket from being torn.
