PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyolefin, capable of achieving the prevention of obstruction caused by the occurrence of a sheet-shaped or lump-shaped polymer and having a high production efficiency of the polyolefin by a good catalytic activity simultaneously and excellent in continuous production property. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyolefin is provided by (co)polymerizing 1 kind or 2 kinds ofα-olefin(s) in a gas phase in a fluidized bed reaction vessel by keeping≥1 mol % concentration of (A) a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon in the reaction vessel, and making at least 1 kind of a compound selected from (B) an aliphatic amide and (C) a nonionic surfactant existing in the reaction vessel.
