PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent composition for a sol-like resin composition which has excellent room-temperature fluidity and molten resin fluidity and hardly suffers from changes with time at room temperature, and a sol-like thermoplastic resin composition obtained using the same. SOLUTION: The solvent composition for the sol-like resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts. wt. of an aqueous solvent, (b) 0.1-30 pts. wt. of a surfactant, and preferably (c) 0.1-10 pts. wt. of a viscosity-modifier and (d) 0.1-10 pts. wt. of an antifoaming agent.
