PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a license plate cover for a vehicle, wherein the cover has such a demerit that the lower portion of the license plate cover cannot be fixed to a license plate depending on the size of a groove for holding the license plate of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In this license plate cover for the vehicle, the transparency of the frame portion thereof is lowered or made opaque. The transparency of the frame portion is lowered by painting.
