PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone adhesive composition for a dermal pasting material with improved holding capability while keeping the adhesive characteristics the silicone adhesive intrinsically has, and the dermal pasting material. SOLUTION: The silicone adhesive composition for the dermal pasting material comprises 100 pts.mass of an organo-siloxane polymer with a hydroxy group at the distal end and 0.1-15 pts.mass of a crosslinking agent reactive to the hydroxy group, and if necessary, 0-10 pts.mass of an acrylic polymer as well.
