PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling tray structure of a seedling planter, which is formed so that the upper portion of a seedling stay is hardly separated from a holding portion. SOLUTION: This seedling tray structure of the seedling planter is characterized by disposing an opening 27a and a dent 27b in a holder 27 so that the upper portion 28a of the seedling stay is inserted into the opening 27 of a holder 27 and further inserted into the dent 27b to hold the upper portion 28a of the seedling stay in the dent 27b of the holder 27 and further so that a direction A1 for inserting or withdrawing the upper portion 28a of the seedling stay into the opening 27e of the holder 27 crosses with a direction A2 for inserting or withdrawing the upper portion 28a of the seedling stay into the dent 27b of the holder 27.
