<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner provided with an outside air introducing device capable of performing indoor air ventilation simultaneously with operation of the air conditioner and improving maintainability by providing auxiliary fan for outside air introduction and a dust collection filter on an indoor machine main body side. <P>SOLUTION: A duct flange 15 equipped with a connection part inserted through a wall hole C and connected to one end of a duct 14 is mounted on a circumference edge of a communication hole 2a provided on an installation plate 2 and a nozzle 18 provided with an expansion part 17 expanding opening area on another end of the duct 14 is provided. A diffuser 23 guiding outside air introduced by the nozzle 18 and the duct 14 to a rear part heat exchanger 11 is provided between an intake hole 6a and the rear part heat exchanger 11.
