<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate subsequent settlement processing by processing various entry changes from an enterprise via the Internet and emailing responding notifications and checks from a financial institution, in form processing about employees' savings plan and the like between the financial institution and the enterprise. <P>SOLUTION: In Step S1, a financial institution registers temporary detail data as a master in a deposit request form master, and transmits the registration to a notification email address to notify an enterprise. In Step S2, the enterprise, if needing a new additional registration or change in the data, searches for the data to be changed via the Internet and issues various entry requests to execute various entry processing steps, and the financial institution, if the enterprise updates the deposit request form master, emails the change content to the enterprise and, after the enterprise approves it, updates accounts and emails an output list of a total amount of money and total count, and a deposit amount to the enterprise.
