PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system capable of controlling a distribution order of distribution information. SOLUTION: In the information distribution system for distributing the distribution information the distribution of which is requested to a user terminal provided to a mobile body, (1) position registration information of the user terminal is received, recorded in a mobile body database, (2) priority of information distribution is inputted by every kind of the distribution information and recorded in a distribution information database. Then, (3) a user setting request setting propriety of information distribution by every kind of the distribution information is received from the user terminal, recorded in a user setting database, (4) the distribution information included in the distribution request received via a network, a kind of the distribution information and distribution position information are extracted, recorded in the distribution information database, (5) the distribution information received at intervals of prescribed time is read from the distribution information database and the distribution is aligned and distributed to the user terminal based on the distribution position information, the priority by every kind of the distribution information and user setting information.
