<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit protection device which can require only repair of a board mounted with a broken power supply circuit without applying an excessive load to an IC, LSI or the like or losing the reliability of the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An interrupting circuit 11 is interposed in a +5V power supply line 3. The interrupting circuit 11 is operated, in the event of a power supply abnormality of a +3.3V power supply system, by a power supply abnormality report signal, which is supplied by a power supply abnormality report circuit 8 through a power supply abnormality report signal line 12, to interrupt the power supply to a +5V power supply branch line 3a.
