PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted instrument in which pointers do not obstruct an electro-optical element display part and which is capable of securing a display space especially in the vertical direction for the electro-optical element display part. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted instrument 10 is provided with both the electro-optical element display part 30 and a rotatably provided first pointer (the pointer) 32 superposed on at least a part of the electro-optical element display part 30.
