PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate an impact sound generated by a product from other impact sounds, to precisely extract the impact sound generated by the product, and to evaluate an operation sound of the product, when evaluating the operation sound of an office product or the like, under an environmental noise in an incompletely closed simple noise insulation facility or the like. SOLUTION: This product evaluating device is provided with a microphone 12 and a charge amplifier 13 for measuring the operation sound of the measuring objective product 11 to generate a measured data, and a data recorder 14 and a calculator 15 for accumulating the measured data generated by the microphone 12 and the charge amplifier 13, and for evaluating the operation sound based on the accumulated measured data.
