<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove opposite speaker's anxiety by clearly specifying operator's operating contents, current state, etc. to the opposite speaker. <P>SOLUTION: The computer telephony system is provided with an input part for receiving various data inputs or instruction inputs from an operator, a state information acquisition part for acquiring state information concerned with operator's operating contents to the input part, a voice output information database in which the state information and voice information corresponding to the state information are previously stored, and a voice information notification part for extracting the corresponding voice information from the voice output information database on the basis of the state information and informing the opposite speaker of the corresponding voice information through a talking terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
