PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device which allows a lens holder to be stably driven for correction in three directions by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device, a lens holder 23 is supported like a cantilever by four wires 22a and 22b. A first coil T1 and a second coil T2 are provided on the side in the direction of an arrow Y1 and the side in the direction of an arrow Y2 of the lens holder 23 respectively. A center of driving Q1 of the first coil T1 is placed to the side in the direction of an arrow Z1 off a center of support O-O of the wires, and a center of driving Q2 of the second coil T2 is placed to the side in the direction of an arrow Z2. Centers of driving Fa and Fb of a focusing coil F and magnets 26a and 26b are arranged off to the sides in the directions of arrows Z1 and Z2 in accordance with disalignment of coils T1 and T2.
