PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling-medium distributed type air-conditioner for air craft and a mobile air-conditioner that can provide stable air-conditioning by controlling capacity in accordance with variation in the number of parking air crafts to which a plurality of PBBs (passenger boarding bridges) placed in an airport building are connected. SOLUTION: This cooling-medium distributed type air-conditioner for an air craft includes a condensing unit 10 having a compressor unit 10a, a condenser 10b, a receiver 10c, and associated accessary components, being placed in an airport building 25 of a terminal building, a boarding unit 11 having first branching sections 18, second branching sections 17 with cooler units 20, both sections 18 and 17 being placed along a plurality of PBBs for parking B<SB>1</SB>, B<SB>2</SB>, .... and B<SB>n</SB>, and a cooling-medium pipe 12 having a backbone pipe 16, a first branching pipe 14a and a second branching pipe 14b.
