摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consistently operate a gasification furnace by changing the temperature of fluidizing air fed to a refuse combustion and melting furnace and the gasification furnace according to the refuse quality. <P>SOLUTION: A fluidizing air heater 18 and a temperature sensor 19 are installed in the middle of a feed passage of heat-exchanged air obtained by introducing waste gas from a melting furnace to a gasification furnace 10, and air obtained through heat exchange for preventing white smoke is fed to the downstream side of a dust collector 16 via dampers 24 and 25. In a case of the refuse of low quality, fluidizing air to be fed to the gasification furnace 10 of heat-exchanged air is heated, the opening of the dampers is adjusted to the opening direction according to the detected value of the temperature sensor 19, and waste heat recovery of the fluidizing air temperature is increased. In a case of the refuse of high quality, the damper opening is adjusted in the closing direction according to the detected temperature of the fed fluidizing air, the waste heat recovery is controlled low, and the refuse waste heat is efficiently recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
