PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controlling device with improved accuracy capable of controlling temperature with safety and in good order, irrespective of breaking of a temperature sensor, or low or high lands, without any problem of quality deterioration due to local overheating or the like, and without burnout of an electromagnetic induction coil, as a temperature controlling device of a liquid heating supply equipment for a fluid matter. SOLUTION: The temperature controlling device 10 of the liquid heating supply equipment heating a fluid matter stored in a tank by an electromagnetic induction heating system with the use of an IH coil and equipped with a stirring function of making temperature of the fluid matter uniform is provided with a fluid matter temperature sensor 1 for making the temperature of the fluid matter constant, a control circuit breaking a power source of the IH coil after an elapse of a given time when the temperature sensor 1 is not operated, and further, a temperature non-reaching time power source breaking circuit, low-temperature control circuit, local overheating prevention circuit, empty heating prevention circuit, and heating upper limit setting circuit.
