PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-walled pipe heat exchanger equipped with a reduced fluid resistance and an enhanced performance together with its easiness in manufacturing. SOLUTION: The double-walled pipe heat exchanger is structured so that a ridge 3 is formed spirally on the inside periphery of a large diameter pipe 2 in such an arrangement that the ridge 3 is divided at 180-degrees intervals in the circumferential direction of the large diameter pipe 2, and in the divided part, a bypass part 4 without ridge is formed.
