摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical optical information recording medium having a wide recording power margin with respect to the optical information recording medium used for a multi-value recording system using an optical system having an NA of 0.65 and 380 to 410 nm recording and reproducing wavelength by which compatibility with a recording type DVD is easy and to provide its manufacturing method and its recording method. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium utilizing a phase transition phenomenon between crystal and amorphous phases by irradiation with light, having an information recording layer including at least a reflection layer, a first protective layer, a phase transition recording layer and a second protective layer in this order on a first substrate having a concentric or spiral groove shape, further having a second substrate via an adhesive layer and used for the multi-value recording system by which recording and reproduction are performed by irradiation with light from the second substrate side, each of the first and the second substrates has 0.6 mm&plusmn;0.05 mm thickness and a cover layer constituted of the second substrate and the adhesive layer has &le;0.01 mm thickness unevenness at an information recording surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
