PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a PC column beam requiring no placement of concrete at a job site. SOLUTION: A PC column 4 and a PC beam 1 are joined by a connection panel member 3 being a PC member. The connection panel member 3 has a plurality of column main reinforcement holes 3a and beam main reinforcement holes 3b respectively penetrating in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. An end part of a beam main reinforcement 1a is inserted into the beam main reinforcement holes 3b from both sides of the PC beam 1, and is connected by a joint. A relay reinforcement 4a is inserted into the column main reinforcement holes 3a from above, and a lower end part is connected to a column main reinforcement 4b of the PC column 4 of the lower floor, and an upper end part is connected to a column main reinforcement 4a of the upper floor. The column main reinforcement may be projected downward from the PC column 4 instead of using the relay reinforcement 4a.
