PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a favorable operability without fluctuation of the height of an operation handle to the traveling face in the lifting operation of a snow plow. SOLUTION: The machine body frame 15 arranged with a snow plow part 11 is made vertically movable to a truck frame 27 supporting the traveling device 13, operating handles 32, 32 are firmly fixed to the truck frame 27, and a lifting handle 40 is firmly fixed to the machine body frame 15. An actuator ( pneumatic shock absorber) provided with an extensible rod 44 is set between the truck frame 27 side and the machine body frame 15.
