PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting tank of high snow melting efficiency and to make effective use of melted snow water. SOLUTION: The circulating apparatus for rainwater, melted snow water, or the like comprises a high-level tank 3 and the fire preventing and snow melting tank installed in a building 2 provided with a roof drain 2B installed on a snow duct type roof 2A, a bathtub 2C, a toilet 2D, and the like. The fire preventing and snow melting tank is constituted to heat the upper part in the tank. Rain falling on the roof is stored in the high-level tank from the roof drain and distributed to the toilet, a sprinkler, the bathtub, the fire preventing and snow melting tank, and the like at need.
