PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition which can give a fiber-reinforced composite molded article having excellent rigidity and toughness, when used as a matrix resin for a fiber-reinforced composite molding material, to provide a prepreg using the same, and to provide a fiber-reinforced composite molded article using the same. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition is characterized by comprising 100 pts. mass of an epoxy resin (A) containing≥80 mass % of an epoxy resin having at least three epoxy groups in the molecule, 30 to 50 pts. mass of a thermoplastic resin (B) and 20 to 50 pts. mass of an aromatic amine-based curing agent (C).
