PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which protects an instrument to be buffered, which is processed or assembled speedily and easily, and which reduces a material or processing costs. SOLUTION: The movement of a shock absorption container is prevented by inserting the container with a flange in the opening of a fixing member and stored in an outer box. The space in the outer box is partitioned by the shock absorption container or by the fixing member, and an item requiring low shock absorption is stored in a partitioned space. For preventing the move of the shock absorption container in the outer box, for protecting the item stored, or for preventing the fall of the fixing member, an undercutting is formed in the shock absorption container or a vertical piece or a partition section is provided on the fixing member.
