PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method capable of obtaining a resin molded object having definite high quality. SOLUTION: The method for molding the resin molded object has a first process for preheating a mold 10 to a temperature at least higher than the melting point of a resin R, a second process for filling the mold 10 with the resin R and a third process for moviding the water level of cooling water W for cooling at least the periphery of the mold toward the gate side of the mold 10 from the vent side thereof.
