<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current control circuit that can reliably prevent a flow of excessive current at load activation. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage detector 4 detects the voltage across a capacitive load 1 and inputs the detected voltage Vi2 into a control circuit 5 comprising a differential amplification circuit. A voltage command Vi1 from a control signal source 6 is also input into the control circuit 5. The difference between the two inputs to the control circuit 5 is output to the gate of a MOSFET 3. The impedance of the MOSFET 3 is thus controlled to bring the detected voltage Vi2 across the capacitive load 1 nearer to the command Vi1 specified by the control signal source 6. The control where the state of drive flowing into the capacitive load at activation is monitored can provide control of preventing a flow of excessive current into the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
