PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a coating work is made to pass in a coating liquid, the coating liquid hangs down from the coating work and a coating film on the coating work becomes uneven and it is difficult to obtain a thin coating film and further to solve the problem that, even when the coating liquid is injected to the coating work by air, the coating film on the coating work similarly becomes uneven. SOLUTION: In the subject ultrasonic atomizing coating device, a plurality of penetration type bolt tightening vibrators 2 are loaded to a coating box 1. In the penetration type bolt tightening vibrator 2, a piezoelectric vibrator 3 is screw-locked by a bolt 4 between a front block 2c and a rear block 2d. The bolt 4 is constituted to be hollow from an injection section 2b at a top end of a horn 2a to a liquid inlet 2e at the rear block 2d. The piping 6 at the liquid inlet 2e of the penetration type bolt tightening vibrator 2 is joined thereto (4) and a liquid sending pump 7 is joined to the piping. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
