PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically, easily and quickly perform attachment work of inserting a tube into a groove formed on a surface of a substrate. SOLUTION: This device 7 for attaching the tube is a device for inserting the tube 4 into the groove 3 formed on the surface of the substrate 2 in such a manner of bending along the surface of the substrate 2 in a radial direction thereof. The device 7 for attaching the tube is provided with a moving body 14 capable of relatively moving in a direction along the surface of the substrate 2 in relation to the substrate 2 and of rotating around an axis 13 extending toward a direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate 2, a supply means 16 supported by the moving body 14 and supplying the tube s 4 toward the groove 3 along the groove 3 from one end part side thereof in order while moving together with the moving body 14, and an insertion means 17 supported by the moving body 14 and inserting the tubes 4 supplied toward the groove 3 into the groove 3 in order while moving together with the moving body 14.
