PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall capable of preventing the interference of reinforcement and a tremie pipe with each other, having excellence in workability in the case of wall construction, and preventing the sudden lowering of the proof stress of a wall caused by the peeling of the outside concrete of a flange. SOLUTION: A steel concrete incorporating basement wall is constituted that insertion reinforcement is inserted up to a position at the end in the direction of the height of a web surface beyond a position opposed to the flange side of an H-shaped steel with the flange outside projection and that it is laid at a predetermined interval from the flange side.
