Arrangement for carrying out chemical and physical processes in a microreactor comprises a modular microreactor component. At least two liquid media are injected via pumps through nozzles into a gas chamber enclosed by a reactor housing and a gas is simultaneously introduced via an additional opening into the reactor chamber. The gas maintains the gas atmosphere inside the reactor, especially in the collision point of the liquid stream. The reaction products produced and excess gas are removed from the reactor housing through a further opening.
