PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit unit which is small in size and can be soldered to a mother board with high reliability. SOLUTION: The high-frequency circuit unit is equipped with a circuit board 1 provided with a plurality of lands 4 and connection pieces 5 soldered to the lands 4. The connection piece 5 is made of metal sheet and equipped with first connectors 5a soldered to the land 4, a second connector 5b connectable to a land 11 provided on a mother board 10, and legs 5c connecting the first and second connector 5a and 5b together. The second connector 5b is protruded from the other surface side by the leg 5c, so that even if an expansion or a shrinkage difference occurs between the circuit board 1 and the mother board 10 due to a change in an ambient temperature, an expansion or a shrinkage difference is absorbed by the leg 5c to prevent cracks from occurring in a soldered joint, and the high-frequency circuit unit can be electrically connected to the mother board 1 with high reliability.
