GMPLS+IP/MPLS NODE AND IP/MPLS NODE

摘要

It is possible to realize a network containing GMPLS and IP/MPLS in which th e IP/MPLS node can operate directly as the IP/MPLS node without replacing it b y a node having the GMPLS function. The GMPLS+IP/MPLS node (edge) sets a PSC-L SP between GMPLS+IP/MPLS nodes (edges) so that matching with a protocol of an IP/MPLS node outside the GMPLS cloud can be obtained. From the viewpoint of the IP/MPLS node, the PSC-LSP is used as a link of the IP/MPLS and operates signaling of the MPLS-LSP setting requested from the IP/MPLS.
