<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic card which has excellent abrasion resistance relating to sliding contact of a magnetic head, is capable of exactly performing the writing and reading of magnetic recording data, and has excellent forgery prevention ability in the magnetic card having a volume hologram layer on the surface. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic card is composed of a card base material 11, a magnetic layer 12 on the upper layer thereof, a thin film layer 13 made of a metal or a metallic compound masking the magnetic layer, further, a printing layer 14 and the volume hologram layer 15 on the upper layer thereof. In the magnetic card on which the recording/reproduction of magnetic information is performed from the side of the volume hologram layer, the volume hologram layer 15 comprises a photosensitive material which consists of a cation polymerizable compound, a radical polymerizable compound, a photo-radical polymerization initiator system which is sensitized to the light of specified wavelength and polymerizes the radical polymerizable compound, and a photo-cationic polymerization initiator system which is low-photosensitive to the light of a specified wavelength, is sensitized to the light of another wavelength and polymerizes the cation polymerizable compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
