PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a temperature for a sensor in a short time under the condition where a quantization error is eliminated while restraining cost-up.
SOLUTION: The ambient temperature of an angular velocity sensor 11 is detected as a resistance signal value proportional to the ambient temperature by thermosensitive resistances 21, 23. A selector switch 18 is switched to a fixed contact 18b side by action of a comparator 19, in a temperature higher than an ordinary temperature, and the switch 18 is switched to a fixed contact 18a side, in the ordinary temperature or less. A gradient correction voltage exhibits a voltage in response to a temperature gradient. An adder 17 calculates a detection signal of the angular velocity sensor 11, the voltage, and an amplified signal voltage and an absolute correction voltage amplified by an inversion amplification circuit 25, pursuant to prescribed expressions, and corrects them.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
