PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for normally sufficiently and easily adjusting a photographing environment for a camera parametric calibration regardless of a situation in the job site of the planned construction site of a building, and also pasting and compositing the background image of the planned construction site of the building with the CG image of the building without a strange feeling. SOLUTION: A reference marker unit, including: a plurality of reference markers; and a marker support part for supporting the reference markers so as to vary a height from a base for fixing, is combined with a horizontal reference plane generating device 9 for generating a horizontal plane to be the reference of reference marker height adjustment, in order to provide the camera parametric calibration. The reference marker suitable for the camera parametric calibration is instantaneously prepared in any situation of the job site.
