PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a batch processing for updating a database in parallel without interrupting an online processing based on an online 24-hour continuous operation. SOLUTION: In this application, a postdated record including a value for updating a data record by a batch processing on a processing base date and the processing base date is set based on a content directed on a day before the processing base day; when a processing request telegram is issued, the presence of setting of the postdated record is examined; when the setting of the postdated record is present, the postdated record is consulted; when the issue date is before the processing base date included in the postdated record, the data record is updated; when the issue date is after the processing base date, the data record is updated by batch processing based on a value included in the postdated record; and thereafter the data record is updated.
