PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable low loss by a smaller number of processes. SOLUTION: Light beams emitted from a light emitting element 55 are converged by a columnar lens 48 located in a V groove, passed through an optical filter and made incident on the optical axis of an optical fiber 47 in the V groove. The lens 48 and the fiber 47 are positioned on a straight line and an optical filter 51 is positioned by a V groove 36 and arranged between the lens 48 and the fiber 47. Incident light beams from the fiber 47 are reflected by an optical filter 51 and made incident on a light receiving element 57.
