<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method that schedules interviews as prioritizing interview applicants of employment importance. <P>SOLUTION: Interview applicant information acquiring means 11 create an interview applicant attribute table 21 from interview applicant information 2, and desired interview date table creation processing means 12 determine employment importance levels of interview applicants according to importance definition storing means 15 to create a desired interview date table 22.
