PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can perform sure sticking by eliminating air bubbles from a space between a disk 10 and a sheet 11 by once pressing without requiring pressing of two stages, in a sticking process of the disk 10 and the sheet 11. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pressing pad 7 for pressing the disk 10 and the sheet 11 in a state the sheet 11 is superposed on the disk 10, this pressing pad 7 has a smaller diameter than the disk and the sheet, and is constituted of a pad main body 7a consisting of an elastic material and an outer periphery ring 7b consisting of a rigid material covering the outer periphery of this pad main body 7a, and the pad has such a structure that the outer periphery parts of the disk 10 and the sheet 11 in which the air bubbles are easy to be left are strongly pressed by the outer periphery ring 7b and air bubbles are surely pressed out from the the periphery of the disk 10 and the sheet 11.
