PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional restriction method for a terminal connected to a communication network, which can share a screen. SOLUTION: Priority transmitting equipment transmits priority information to any one of a plurality of terminals, and the terminal which receives the priority information transmits functional restriction information to a terminal the function of which is to be restricted based on restricted terminal information. The restriction processing part 104 of the terminal which receives the functional restriction information restricts the function of any one of a screen information delivery processing part 105, an other terminal screen information operation processing part 106, an other terminal shared file display processing part 107, or an other terminal shared file operation processing part 108 based on the functional restriction information.
